New Real Estate Developments in Puerto Vallarta

As many of you have noticed, there is a lot of new construction going on in Puerto Vallarta especially in Zona Romantica.   I get many questions from people around town, knowing that I sell Puerto Vallarta real estate, as to what is going on.  Well here is a short description of some of the new projects currently underway.

Pier 57.  Located on Francisca Rodriguez just a block and a half up from Los Muertos pier.  This is sure to be the premier building in town.  Being built by the same developers as Avalon, Paramount and Horizon, the finishes are sure to be spectacular.  From the large Italian marble floor tiles (they are actually slabs of marble being cut by hand) to the Berloni Italian imported kitchens all the finishings will exceed your expectations.   The common areas will be spectacular.  The rooftop oasis with the largest rooftop infinity pool in town, bar, jacuzzi and library will all have amazing 360 degree views of the ocean, city and bay.  And the lobby is sure to wow with high quality furnishings and an atrium with green spaces beside it.   There are to be 68 2 bedroom convertible homes in this development.  Pre-construction discounts currently apply.  Scheduled delivery is December 2017.

Naryi Life and Spa.  Located on Basillo Badillo just steps away from Los Muertos beach, this is sure to be a great rental building to invest in.  With a total of 6 studios, 42 1 bedroom condos and 6  two bedroom units, there is sure to be something for everyone. The rooftop will have amazing panoramic views of the ocean, city and mountains. There will be an infinity pool, jacuzzi, lots of areas to sun and a bar area with a TV.  Nayri Life and Spa  will also have a gym, spa, sauna, steam room, lockers, restrooms and dressing rooms. Summit. This development is a brand new concept here in Puerto Vallarta real estate. Located in 5 de Diciembre at the top of Calle Allende it is just a 10 minute walk to the beach and the malecon (boardwalk). It is also close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A low density boutique development there are just 8 townhouses in the complex. The development will be a combination of re-purposed shipping containers and concrete and steel frame construction. These modern units are built using environmentally friendly design and materials. A combination of 5 two bedroom three bath units and 3 three bedroom four bath homes starting at almost 1800 square feet, there is sure to be an option for everyone here. Pre-construction pricing means spectacular deals for those getting in at the ground floor with current discounts allowing one to purchase one of these homes starting at $172,000 USD!  Delivery in the next 4 months.

Loft 268. Located on Venustiano Caranza just one street over from Basillo Badillo and 2 blocks from Los Muertos beach, the location could not be better.   These will be great rental properties. This new development consists of a seven-story building with 65 residences consisting of Studios, 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums. One the ground floor there are 8 commercial spaces as well. The condos are  in a loft style with exposed brick, concrete and wood with exceptional finishings throughout. The rooftop will have a great infinity edge pool with a waterfall, a full gym, a sky bar, Jacuzzi and a fire pit and barbecue area.   Scheduled completion is March 2018.  Pre-construction discounts available.

Oceana.  Located on Basilio Badillo street a couple blocks from the ocean, this boutique development consists of only 30 condominiums. There are only five homes per floor with options from 3 bedroom 3 bath to 1 bedroom 1 bath and everything in between.  There will be a great rooftop with salt water pool and a fully equipped gym with amazing views.  Delivery December 2017. Pre-construction discounts available.

Pavilion.  Located on Venustiano Carranza just 2 blocks from Los Muertos beach in Zona Romantica.  The development will consist of just 62 units (3 studios, 6 1 bed 1 bath, 48 1 bed 2 bath and 4 2 bedroom units).  There will be two common areas with a lap pool on the 5th level and another smaller pool on the eighth floor.  Also included in the common areas are a rooftop garden, gym, 2 jacuzzis and lounge areas. V’Estrella.  Located in Alta Vista in the hills above Zona Romantica is this new project by Grupo Heva (developers of V399, V177, V Conchas Chinas, Las Vistas).  The development will consist of 23 luxury condominiums with one, two, and three bedroom units ranging in size from 1,305 sq ft to 4,666 sq ft.  Due to its location in the hills, the views will be spectacular of the ocean, city and mountains.  Pre-construction discounts available.

 Rincon de Almas. Located  3 blocks from the beach on the corner of Constitución & Aquinas Serdán in Zona Romantica.  There will be a large rooftop area with a pool, gym, bar, jacuzzi with panoramic views of the city, ocean and mountains.
