I am a Canadian who has spent 8 winters in PV and was tired of trying to arrange rental condos every year.  I wanted to buy a place but did not feel comfortable with buying in a foreign country.  I had been following the PV real estate scene for years and had missed many opportunities to buy as I was just too scared.   I inquired about a listing one day and it was answered by Greg Schell.  We quickly determined that we were from the same city in Ontario Canada.  Greg was the first agent who I had spoken to who made me feel confident enough to buy in Mexico.  I trusted him right away and he helped guide me in the right direction to a project that he felt was with a reputable developer.  I purchased a condo pre-sale and he has been with me every step of the way guiding and counselling me on next steps.  The buying process was way easier than I thought it would be.  Although it was a risk, I felt like the process was very structured, and in some ways had even more checks and balances than real estate in Canada.  I cannot recommend Greg enough and I feel I have made a great friend along the way.  At the very beginning I asked Greg if he had any regrets about moving to Mexico.  His answer to me was this…he only had one, that he had not done it sooner!  I now share that sentiment! 

My partner and I were referred to Greg Schell by a long time friend of ours. We could not have been happier with Greg and his team. When the condo sold, she cleverly arranged that I could rent back my condo on a weekly basis to bridge the gap between closings to my new home, which ended up being 6 weeks later. For the home purchase, we entered a bidding war with five other candidates and it was with her coaching, recommendations and preparedness that we ultimately were awarded the house (confirmed by the selling agent).
