My partner and I were referred to Greg Schell by a long time friend of ours. We could not have been happier with Greg and his team. I am a Canadian who has spent 8 winters in PV and was tired of trying to arrange rental condos every year.  I wanted to buy a place but did not feel comfortable with buying in a foreign country.  I had been following the PV real estate scene for years and had missed many opportunities to buy as I was just too scared.   I inquired about a listing one day and it was answered by Greg Schell.  We quickly determined that we were from the same city in Ontario Canada.  Greg was the first agent who I had spoken to who made me feel confident enough to buy in Mexico.  I trusted him right away and he helped guide me in the right direction to a project that he felt was with a reputable developer.  I purchased a condo pre-sale and he has been with me every step of the way guiding and counselling me on next steps.  The buying process was way easier than I thought it would be.  Although it was a risk, I felt like the process was very structured, and in some ways had even more checks and balances than real estate in Canada.  I cannot recommend Greg enough and I feel I have made a great friend along the way.  At the very beginning I asked Greg if he had any regrets about moving to Mexico.  His answer to me was this…he only had one, that he had not done it sooner!  I now share that sentiment! 

We met Greg a year and a half ago because we were looking to buy a condo in PV.  There are many realtors in PV, but we chose Greg to help us because he knows the area very well, and could help us with whatever we needed.  Greg was quick to respond to our questions, and was always honest and friendly!  He even laughed at our jokes.  My husband and I definitely recommend Greg and his amazing team!
