We met Greg a year and a half ago because we were looking to buy a condo in PV.  There are many realtors in PV, but we chose Greg to help us because he knows the area very well, and could help us with whatever we needed.  Greg was quick to respond to our questions, and was always honest and friendly!  He even laughed at our jokes.  My husband and I definitely recommend Greg and his amazing team! 

I am a Canadian who has spent 8 winters in PV and was tired of trying to arrange rental condos every year.  I wanted to buy a place but did not feel comfortable with buying in a foreign country.  I had been following the PV real estate scene for years and had missed many opportunities to buy as I was just too scared.   I inquired about a listing one day and it was answered by Greg Schell.  We quickly determined that we were from the same city in Ontario Canada.  Greg was the first agent who I had spoken to who made me feel confident enough to buy in Mexico.  I trusted him right away and he helped guide me in the right direction to a project that he felt was with a reputable developer.  I purchased a condo pre-sale and he has been with me every step of the way guiding and counselling me on next steps.  The buying process was way easier than I thought it would be.  Although it was a risk, I felt like the process was very structured, and in some ways had even more checks and balances than real estate in Canada.  I cannot recommend Greg enough and I feel I have made a great friend along the way.  At the very beginning I asked Greg if he had any regrets about moving to Mexico.  His answer to me was this…he only had one, that he had not done it sooner!  I now share that sentiment!

I originally contacted several real estate agents to help with purchasing a condo in Puerto Vallarta.  After meeting Greg Schell, partner with Warren Brander Realty Group, I was amazed at the integrity and honesty Greg displayed.  I found out quickly, Greg wanted to help me, find a condo I wanted, within my budget and location.  Other agents just wanted to sell me their listings and not listen to my needs, which I found very frustrating.   Greg provided knowledgeable assistance before my purchase, and even after, over two years later, still provides me friendly and prompt answers to all my questions.  Thank You Greg, my friend. 

We met Greg by pure coincidence when we were exploring a purchase in a ¨new build¨ in Puerto Vallarta.  Shortly after making contact with the owner, Greg contacted us, as he was the official Real Estate agent for the property. 

In hindsight, I believe that without the ongoing support from Greg, we could not have managed the process.  The complexities of a new building, living out of country, managing timelines and a foreign language (to name a few) would have been overwhelming and, left to our own devices, we may not be here! 

It started with us arriving from Toronto for a two day visit of the property (during COVID) and Greg picked us at the airport and brought us to where we needed to go.  Greg was our point of contact for the entire journey and answered our multiple requests for information as we pondered this decision to buy in Mexico. 

We left Mexico still ¨on the fence¨.  Greg and team helped us beyond the purchase of a property, to seeing a new lifestyle in Mexico.  We ultimately bought the property and Greg’s work for us seemed to have just started.  Over an extended period of time, we relied on Greg to communicate updates, decipher documents, understand local laws, requirements, etc.  Greg was patient and timely in responses and always ¨fixed¨ issues when we felt in a panic! 

When our closing day finally arrived, we were in the Middle East and made the trek to Mexico to get the keys to the casa.  Entering a property that was completely empty, we discovered water, beer, wine and enough food to us through two to three days.  Such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture, that has never been forgotten.  However, knowing Greg´s character we weren’t surprised. 

Whether you are here in Mexico, or abroad, you can count on this team to make your decision feel like the right one.  Moving to a new country is not for the faint of heart; we were lucky to have the ongoing support we did. 

Life is good.  Casa is amazing and the sun shines every day now.
